Redbuds
Redbuds are a lovely option especially if placed where they can be seen from all different angles. Because of their modest size redbuds they don’t interfere with power lines and can fit into small spaces, and are generally low-maintenance. The tree adapts to a variety of conditions and thrives in most types of soil but it does better when grown in a moist, well-drained location. While it grows well in full sun, redbuds prefer shade in the heat of summer. The tree can put up with summer dry spells but it is better to keep watering them.
